GENERAL POLICIES:
Tenants are responsible for leaving the property in a reasonable condition for the cleaning staff. If cleaning exceeds minimum standards. tenants will be charged for excessive cleaning. You will receive a pre-vacancy checklist via email to ensure a speedy return of your security deposit.
HOUSE RULES:
Please read and observe the rules as outlined in your lease. Should tenant at any time violate any rules or fail to maintain a standard behavior consistent with the community, such as disorderly behavior, creating undue noise, nuisance of any kind, or engaging in illegal activities the guest shall be in default and owner or its management company reserves the right to demand immediate termination and eviction from property.
