The second floor features a bedroom with antique full bed, a second bedroom with queen bed, and a third also with full size bed.  Non smoking, no pets.  Short term 2-5 months $2500  per month to include heat, electric, water, sewer, internet, plow, lawn care. Option to renew monthly as desired.  OR  $2100 per month long term 6-9 months, tenants pay heat, electric.  A possible year lease can be considered.
